Preserving the magic of youth baseball.

As a baseball mom, I know how quickly these seasons fly by. Between cheering from the bleachers, standing in line at the concession stand, younger siblings running wild, and simply trying to enjoy the game, it’s almost impossible to capture every moment.

What started as taking baseball game-day photos of my own son has grown into a passion for preserving the memories that make youth baseball so special — the big hits, diving catches, celebrations, dugout laughs, and everything in between.

Since I’m already at the ballpark capturing my son’s game, I’m happy to extend that same coverage to players on the opposing team — so you can enjoy the game while I capture the moments you’ll want to remember.

Each gallery tells the story of the game with a mix of individual action shots and team moments. Image counts will vary based on game action and playing time, but my goal is always the same: to capture the excitement, energy, and joy of youth baseball.

Below you’ll find pricing and next steps, followed by examples of my work from recent games.

Pricing

Team Rate

$65 per player | One Game

$100 per player | Both Games of a Doubleheader

8-player minimum

Includes:

A mix of individual player images and team moments
Edited images delivered in a shared Google Photos team gallery within 72 hours
Per-player image counts will vary based on playtime and game action
One team payment due in full via Venmo before the game

For doubleheaders, all participating players must select the same coverage option: Game 1, Game 2, or both. Want to add the second game? Just let me know — I’ll already be at the ballpark!

Individual Player Rate

$150 per player | One Game

$225 per player | Both Games of a Doubleheader

For families who would like to book directly. Individual coverage may be booked for either game or both games of a doubleheader. If you decide to add the second game, just let me know — I’ll already be at the ballpark!

Focused coverage of your player
Edited images delivered in an individual Google Photos gallery within 48 hours
Image counts will vary based on playtime and game action
Full payment due per player via Venmo before the game

Tournament Games

Tournament matchups can depend on game results, so advance outreach isn’t always possible. In those cases, I may connect with a coach or parent at the ballpark to see if there’s interest in coverage.

Weather & Game Cancellations

If they don’t play, you don’t pay!

If a game is canceled before play begins, your payment will be fully refunded or transferred to a rescheduled game, if applicable.

If a game begins but is shortened due to weather or other circumstances, payment will be adjusted fairly based on the amount of game coverage completed. Any unused portion will be refunded or, if the game is rescheduled and I’m available, applied toward coverage of the rescheduled game.
