Layers of flavor, baked to perfection.

If you’re looking for a quick, crowd-pleasing dinner that feels fun but doesn’t require a sink full of dishes, these Layered Sheet Pan Nachos are it. Made with seasoned lean ground beef, black beans, melty Mexican cheese, fresh pico de gallo, and creamy guacamole, this recipe is perfect for busy weeknights, game day, or casual family dinners.
Everything comes together on one pan, layered so every chip gets the good stuff. I keep the jalapeños on the side so everyone can customize their spice level—because not everyone agrees on heat (especially kids).

Ingredients
Tortilla chips (thick one to hold all the meaty toppings)
Lean ground beef
Taco seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
Black beans, rinsed and warmed
Mexican cheese blend, shredded
Pico de gallo
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Guacamole
Jalapeños, sliced (served on the side)
Directions
Brown the lean ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add taco seasoning and cook until fully done. Set aside.
Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper if desired. Spread a layer of tortilla chips evenly across the pan. Top with seasoned ground beef, black beans, and a generous sprinkle of Mexican cheese blend.
Repeat with another layer of chips, beef, beans, and cheese to ensure every bite is fully loaded. Layering is key—don’t pile everything on top
Bake at 375°F for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and immediately top with pico de gallo, chopped cilantro, and spoonfuls of guacamole. Adding fresh toppings after baking gives you the best flavor and texture.
Serve warm with jalapeños on the side so everyone can add heat to taste.
Simple, satisfying, and made for sharing, these layered sheet pan nachos are an easy go-to when you want dinner to feel relaxed and delicious. Enjoy!
