Flourless Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chip Cookies

- ¼ cup almond butter (or any nut butter)

- 1 cup oats (gluten-free if desired)

- ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips


Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, combine the mashed banana, almond butter, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice.

2. Stir in oats until fully mixed.

3. Fold in dark chocolate chips.
